What should I do if my order has not arrived?
You will receive an email to let you know that we have dispatched your order, this will have a tracking number on there. So in the first instance please check with the carrier if there is a hold up.

If your order has arrived damaged please sign for the item as damaged or ask the courier to highlight that the item was damaged when received. This helps us to expedite any insurance claims.
