Frequently asked questions

What should I do if my order has not arrived?


You will receive an email to let you know that we have dispatched your order, this will have a tracking number on there. So in the first instance please check with the carrier if there is a hold up. If you haven't received your dispatch email after 72 hours and no other email has been received please check your spam/junk folders. If no email is present then please do get in touch.




What should I do if my order arrives damaged?


If your order has arrived damaged please sign for the item as damaged or ask the courier to highlight that the item was damaged when received. This helps us to expedite any insurance claims. Always get in touch with us to notify us of the damaged item within 48hrs of the item being signed for, failure to do this may result in a refund not being issued. Once we have been made aware of the issue with the order provided these terms are met we will process the refund.




What can I do if I am not happy with the product?


If you are not completely satisfied with the item you have ordered please get in touch so that we can organise a return for you. Providing the item comes back to us in it's orginal saleable condition we will process the refund within 24hrs of the order being returned. Please refer to our Shipping and Returns Policy here.




What are the benefits of registering as a site member?


There are many benefits to registering for an account, these include seeing what you have previously ordered and regular discount codes. You can save items to your wishlist so you can come back later and add them to your cart and you can securely add payment cards to your wallet so that you can check out faster. We are always adding new items to the members account section.
